Our local group in Aachen is a founding member of EESTEC and has been a full member ever since. Currently about 30 students of the RWTH Aachen University are involved in the group and help to implement our projects, for example by organizing workshops.

EESTEC International

The Electrical Engineering Students’ European Association (EESTEC) was founded in The Netherlands, in 1986. Nowadays EESTEC is present in 27 countries and 54 cities across Europe with over 5000 members. 

EESTEC aims to develop international contacts and to encourage the exchange of ideas among EECS students through professional workshops, cultural student exchanges and publications. With various activities that EESTEC provides, it creates opportunities for students to develop in their academic, professional and social lives.

The Electrical Engineering Students’ European Association (EESTEC) was founded in The Netherlands, in 1986. Nowadays EESTEC is present in 27 countries and 54 cities across Europe with over 5000 members.

For decades EESTEC has inspired thousands of students and faculties with its unique possibility of professional, cultural and social advancement.

As an non-governmental organisation we aim to develop international contacts and to encourage the exchange of ideas among EECS students through professional workshops, cultural student exchanges and publications. With our many renowned partners from universities and industry we offer excellent educational supplements besides your studies.

EESTEC LC Aachen

Our local group in Aachen is a founding member of EESTEC and has been a full member ever since. Currently about 30 students of the RWTH Aachen University are involved in the group and help to implement our projects, for example by organizing workshops.

Within our strong network of students, with contacts to leading companies we experience our field in a completely new way. We organise and participate in trainings, exchanges and workshops. These revolve around the up and coming trends in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science as well as cultural exchange and personal growth. We travel throughout Europe, on a student-friendly budget, making friends along the way! We have weekly meetings, which contain working sessions and bar evenings.
